Business Development Representative

We are looking for a well-connected professional who can source and onboard new clients within the Forex and iGaming industries, driving business growth through their network and deal-making abilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from our consulting services
  • Initiate contact through networking, cold outreach, or referrals
  • Present our services at a high level and qualify potential clients' interest
  • Refer warm leads to the internal consulting team for further engagement
  • Track and report outreach activities and referral progress

Requirements

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or client acquisition, preferably within Forex, iGaming, fintech, or payments industries
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers (CEOs, COOs, Heads of Payments)
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and close deals
  • Solid understanding of banking services, EMIs, PSPs, or crypto payment solutions
  • Experience in high-risk industries (Forex, iGaming, crypto) is a strong advantage
  • An existing network of brokers, operators, affiliates, or fintech contacts is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with client onboarding processes, compliance (KYC/AML), and payment flows is a plus
  • Background in consulting, financial services, or professional services is beneficial but not essential
